Terms of Service

By starting to use Styvora (the "App") you accept these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service provider

This App is provided by SPACE AI LABS YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("SPACE AI LABS"; app brand "Styvora"). All right, title and interest in the App belong to SPACE AI LABS.

1. Service description

Styvora is a mobile app that offers visual analysis of clothing in your wardrobe, AI-driven outfit suggestions, and a personal style profile. The service is provided "as-is".

2. Account and responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
The security of your account (email + password, biometric lock) is entirely your responsibility.
Users under the age of 13 may not use the App.
It is up to you whether to share your account with anyone.

3. Content ownership

The photos, clothing data, and style preferences you upload — all belong to you. Styvora uses this content solely to provide the service to you:

AI vision analysis (clothing category + color + brand detection)
Outfit suggestion generation
Style DNA computation
Anonymous aggregation for service improvement

Your content is not used for advertising, sharing with third parties, or resale.

4. Prohibited use

The following behaviors are prohibited in the App:

Uploading content for which you do not own the copyright
Sharing other people's personal data
Reverse engineering, scraping or automated bot use
Attempting to disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Sharing illegal, racist, sexist, or hate-speech content

Violations may result in suspension or closure of your account.

5. User content and zero tolerance

Styvora Community Boards show your published board and pinned looks to other users. By using the App you agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

The following content is strictly prohibited and is removed when detected:

Harassment, hate speech, or targeting a person or group
Sexual content, violence, or otherwise disturbing imagery
Display names impersonating another person, a brand, or Styvora staff
Spam, misleading curation, or advertising content
Content you do not own the copyright to, or that is shared without permission

Reporting. Every board and every pinned look carries an in-app Report option. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, the content is removed and the offending user's community access is restricted or their account is closed.

Blocking. You can block any user. Blocking is mutual — you will not see their content and they will not see yours.

Responsibility. You alone are responsible for the content you publish. The detailed rules live in the Community Guidelines (legal.styvora.space/guidelines); the same text is also reachable in-app from Settings.

6. Premium subscription

Premium subscriptions are processed through in-app purchases (App Store / Google Play).
Billing and refund management are subject to the policies of the respective platform.
Your subscription auto-renews — you can cancel anytime via the relevant store.

7. Disclaimer

Styvora does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI outputs such as clothing/brand detection or outfit suggestions. Our recommendations are suggestions — the final style decision is yours. Styvora cannot be held responsible for indirect damages arising from use of the App (e.g. missed appointments, outfits you didn't like).

8. Account closure

You can end your session anytime via "Sign out" on the profile screen. You can delete your account instantly from inside the app: Profile > Account > Delete my account. Deletion happens the moment you confirm (KVKK Article 11); you may also request it via support@spaceailabs.ai.

9. Changes to terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We notify you of significant changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
