This notice is an English translation of the official Turkish "KVKK Aydınlatma Metni" provided for users accessing the app in English. The legally binding version is the Turkish original. References to articles are to Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
In its capacity as SPACE AI LABS YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("SPACE AI LABS"; app brand "Styvora"), pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK Law No. 6698), we wish to inform you on the following.

For all overseas transfers, EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or undertakings approved by the KVKK Board are applied.
Almost all of your data is yours alone. The single exception is Community Boards, and it rests on explicit consent (opt-in): your board stays private until you tap "Publish my board". The moment you tap it is recorded as your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1.
If you publish your board, other users can see: your display name, your avatar, and the cover images / titles / prices of the looks you pin, plus your board statistics (look count, last update).
Never visible, even when you publish: your email address, wardrobe photos you took yourself, body measurements, Style DNA scores, quiz answers, location, purchase history, and stylist conversations.
Withdrawing consent: you can switch publishing off in Settings — your board drops out of the community feed within 30 seconds at most, and a direct board link becomes unreachable immediately. You can also remove individual looks. In addition, you can block any user (blocking is mutual), and every board and look carries a Report option.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
Deletion (Article 7) needs no application: you can delete your account instantly from inside the app — Profile > Account > Delete my account. Your account and the data tied to it are deleted the moment you confirm.
To exercise the other rights (information, correction, objection):

It is enough to clearly state the information that verifies your identity (email + the phone on which the account exists) and the rights you are requesting. A free response is guaranteed within 30 days. If you prefer to request deletion by email instead, the same period applies.
We obtain your explicit consent in the registration form for automated decision-making processes such as Style DNA computation, vision analysis, and outfit suggestions. You can withdraw this consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect retrospective processing but halts AI services going forward.
Pursuant to KVKK Article 12:
In the event of a breach, the KVKK Authority and affected users are notified within 72 hours.
